We may also disclose expert information to third parties, including current or former employers or contracting organizations, to verify consents, approvals, or compliance required for participation in Sivantra Consulting & Advisory or specific Projects. Where required by law or client compliance policies, Clients may disclose information relating to their engagements with experts.

Sivantra Consulting & Advisory reserves the right to conduct background checks, including through third-party providers, to verify employment history and identify criminal records, where legally permitted.

We may verify the duration, invoicing accuracy, and scope of Projects performed for Clients.

Expert information may also be shared with non-Client third parties for business promotion purposes, including display on company websites, print media, and other marketing materials (“Marketing Materials”), subject to opt-out rights provided under the Experts’ Terms and Conditions.
